  • Relieve Stress and Relax with Gentle Movement, with Morgann Rose, personal trainer and certified GYROTONIC® instructor


Are you ever tired after sitting in front of your computer? Do you suffer from neck, shoulder or back pain? Morgann will focus on how posture can affect your physical and mental health, and will guide you through a movement based therapeutic class. Her goal is to send you into spring with a new sense of your body and a feeling of joy in how you sit, stand and move. 

  • Spring Detox – Nourish your body, with Doctor of Ayurveda Ranjana Chawla, Ay.D., C.A.S

Learn how to cleanse, the Ayurvedic way. Ayurveda’s gentle detox is designed to support and stabilize the body.  It is gentle and highly effective.  During this session you will learn how to use a food-based approach to detox your body and, simple ways to enhance your vitality and release toxins that have accumulated over the winter.  You will walk away from this session, knowing what you need to do, to enter spring with the confidence that you can feel vibrant and healthy.

  • Freshen Up Your Daily Routine to Boost Health and Happiness with Ashley Ellington Brown, author of A Beautiful Morning: How a Morning Ritual Can Feed Your Soul and Transform Your Life 


​Explore a playful approach to wellness by tweaking your daily routine. Ashley will discuss daily rituals and how they can help you create a life you love. Being mindful in the morning centers and energizes you, helping you live with purpose, serenity, and joy. Get inspired to make over your mornings through fun activities for envisioning a practice that suits your life, and try out some possible ideas. Ashley will also share thoughts on how you can “declutter your day” by weeding out unhelpful habits, as well as tips on easy tweaks you can make to your evenings to set yourself up for the best possible day.

  • Chakra-Cleansing Meditation, with Erin Williams, J.D., meditation and energy expert


The seven chakras are subtle energy centers in and above the body.  Each one is associated with specific emotions, activities, bodily functions, colors, symbols and tones.  Working with your chakras can heighten your awareness, help you to release elements that no longer serve you, and enable you to heal and thrive.

In the chakra-cleansing meditation, we will use a combination of meditation, gentle movement, and energy work to investigate, cleanse, open, and align our chakras.
